Please study the rules below as their are required elements and disqualifying elements in each level.
The top female of the Top Level Category will perform at the 6th Annual PCS Championship to take place Saturday March 2, 2019at 7:30PM at the Arnold Sports Festival in Columbus, OH! The top female of the Top Level Category will also be granted with a spot at American Pole League National Championship 2019
The top female winner of Category C will receive a free pass to enter in the PCS Championship Qualifier at the 2019 Titans of Pole Championship.
1st, 2nd & 3rd Place Will receive a prize from our sponsor WeCirque - circus lifestyle brand.
1st place in Young Titan Pole Youth categorybe granted with a spot at American Pole League National Championship 2019 If a competitor wins first place in the level, he or she must enter the next level up the following year. If a competitor wins the top level, they are not permitted to compete the following year, unless they were the only competitor in their category. The competitor is welcome to re-enter after the skipped year. The competitor is also welcome to judge in the skipped year assuming the judging criteria can be met.
Winners will be announced and will be given their awards and photographed on the stage.
Qualify To enter the Titans of Pole Championship of 2018, you must:
Be able to prove your identity via license/passport/ photo ID
Agree and adhere to all rules, qualifying and disqualifying moves of the category
Men & women 18+ are welcome to compete in adult category. For Young Titans - ages 6-17, parent/ legal guardian must be present during competition and sign release liability form on your behalf.
Arrive at the designated time on the day of the competition
Understand the judges decision is final; will not communicate with judges before or after event regarding scoring
Give permission for photography and video to be taken of your performance for promotional purposes of future events
Competitor may register for more than 1 category assuming all criteria of the level will be followed
Categories There are three categories differentiated by material and ability to choose from. The competitor is welcome to choose the level most comfortable or more challenging to their current ability.
Category A limitations:
Cannot climb or invert on pole
Must keep both hands on the pole in all spins or lifts; may transition one armed while aerially on the pole.
Can do headstands/handstands on the floor while holding pole or not
Static and spin pole are permitted
Maximum length of performance song is 2:30 minutes for children & youth competitors and 3:00 minutes for adults.

Top Level: PCS Championship Registration: Competitors applying for the PCS Championship Qualifier do not need to pay the $89 registration fee unless they are selected to compete in this category. To compete in this category there is a submission process. Please send a 2:00-4:00 minute video to email@example.com by October 1st, 2018. The video should include the hopeful competitor displaying movements at a minimum ability of Category C. If the hopeful PCS competitor is not selected, a comparable level is Category C. $89 is due upon approval to compete in the PCS Championship Qualifier. There are limited spaces; when it fills up we will have to close out the registration. This registration fee is non-refundable, no transfers to others, no exceptions.
PCS Championship Qualifier restrictions:
This is a female only division as the PCS Championship is a female only championship.
Limited competitors will be selected to compete in this qualifier to perform on November 3rd, 2018.

Short bio: age, years of training, and name of studio
Music Music must be non-explicit (family friendly) and in length depending on the level. Music must be submitted already cut. The DJ will not fade it out.
Props Competitors are welcome to use props upon approval. The props must be able to be set up by the competitor quickly before the performance. For prop approval, please email a description or picture of the item
Please email the info above to email@example.com no later than October 20, 2018. Late submissions will incur a -25 point deduction from your total score.
Costume: Competitors must wear a costume or performance attire. No articles of clothing are permitted to be removed or taken off during the performance. Women must wear a minimum of a sports bra top and booty shorts. No bikini bottoms. Men must wear a minimum of booty shorts. No shorts can be shorter than Brazilian cut booty shorts. Any pieces of clothing that fall off or fall apart, non-intentional, will have a deduction of points. If the competitor intentionally removes an article of clothing, it will be an immediate disqualification. Etiquette Pole cleaning will happen before each competitor enters the stage; pole cleaners will clean each pole with alcohol. The pole cleaners will not be putting grip aids directly on the pole. Competitors are welcome to put pole grip aids directly on body before going on stage. Firm Grip or spray adhesives are not permitted. Competitors will have a specified practice time on stage and must be courteous to all others during the practice time by sharing the space equally. This time is not rehearsal time as it will be shared with other competitors
Stage Poles will be 12' high and 8' apart. The stage right pole will be on spinning and the stage left pole will be on static which has become an industry standard. The stage floor is 16' x 12'. The risers will be an estimated 6" from the ground. Competitors are welcome to use the pole stage floor and the space in front of the riser. Competitors may not enter the audience seating area, judges tables and must remain on stage. The picture to the right is a computer drawing of the truss system prepared for the competition.
Age Differentiation There are 6 different age divisions to choose from in each category at the time of registration. You'll need to specify your age you would be on November 3, 2018.
In the children and youth category, the three divisions are: Pre-novice - 6-9 y.o. Novice - 10-14 y.o. Youth - 15-17 y.o.
In the adult category, the three divisions are: Junior -18-29 y.o. Senior - 30-44 y.o. Master - 45+ y.o.
Judges There will be three judges, one restrictions judge and one voice recorder. The judges scoring deductions are shown below. All decisions are final. Each competitor is not permitted to talk to any judge in advance or after the event regarding scoring or decisions.
Disqualifications & Values Each value deduction will be multiplied by how many judges were present at the time. For instance, if a piece of the competitors costume falls apart on stage, 10 points x 3 judges, for a total of 30 points will be deducted.

Scoring System In All Categories and PCS Championship Qualifier (60% artistic, 30% fitness/flexibility, 10% stage presence)
Artistic (45 points) Execution- preparedness, pivot points, efficient movements (15 points) Dance ability- shows good technique, strong shapes, musicality (15 points) Gymnastic- taking risks on transitions and performance concepts (9 points) Costume- coordinated, cohesive to routine (6 points)
Fitness/Flexibility (23 points) Body lines- tight shapes, straight/jagged is intentional (5 points) Strength- lifts, comfortability into inverts, strong hooks on to pole (8 points) Balance- balancing moves with confidence, grounded strong (2 points) Flexibility- moves are fully extended and completed to the best of their ability (8 points)
Stage Presence (7 points) Entertaining- 'Wow' factor, facial expressions, captivating (4 points) Eye contact- maintaining a front by looking at the judges or at the audience (3 points)
